Money Saving Tips

Here are a few ways to save money when looking for a caterer. Find a large enough caterer that owns it's own equipment. During these challenging economic times, caterers are more willing to include items that they once charged for. A good example of this would be china, glassware, linens, etc. Smaller companies may have to rent these items from outside vendors and would then have to pass this cost on to you, the client. Another thing to think about is to not be afraid to discuss your budget with your caterer. If you really like the caterer and their food, ask them for creative ways to cut your food costs to get you within your budget goal. Your caterer knows better than anyone how to stretch your food dollars so that you can get the most for your money. $-)
